The Shakespeare Center Los Angeles, Inc. has put in place protective measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, The Shakespeare Center Los Angeles, Inc. cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending activities at and The Shakespeare Center Los Angeles, Inc., located at 1238 West First Street, Los Angeles, CA 90026 could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19.
By visiting The Shakespeare Center you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that you may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending activities The Shakespeare Center Los Angeles, Inc. venue and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. You understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 while at The Shakespeare Center Los Angeles, Inc. may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of yourself and others, including, but not limited to, The Shakespeare Center Los Angeles, Inc. employees, classified staff, coaches, volunteers, and program participants and their families.
You further agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that you or your child(ren) may experience or incur in connection with your attendance in activities or participation in The Shakespeare Center Los Angeles, Inc. programming.
By visiting The Shakespeare Center, you release and hold harmless The Shakespeare Center Los Angeles, Inc., its employees, agents, and representatives, of all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.
The safety of our employees, students, families, and visitors remain our highest priority. To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and reduce the potential risk of exposure to all parties, we are requiring all visitors, students, and employees to be vaccinated and to maintain a current vaccination status on file. In addition, we ask that if you have been in close contact with someone that has been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 30 days, or if you are experiencing any symptoms (fever, chills, cough, sore throat, respiratory illness, difficulty breathing, or loss of taste or smell) that you do not enter our facility. Your participation is important to help us take precautionary measures to protect you, and everyone at The Shakespeare Center Los Angeles, Inc.
